Independent advisory service

TierRoute is an independent third-party service. We are not owned by, operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with United Airlines, Delta Air Lines, American Airlines, Turkish Airlines, or any other airline. Airline names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Scope of service

We provide personalized information and practical assistance concerning potential airline account-tier opportunities. Any scope, timing, fee, or deliverable for paid work will be disclosed before you proceed. Engagement-specific written terms will control if they differ from these general Terms.

No guarantee of outcome

Airlines control their programs, eligibility rules, approvals, benefits, and timelines. TierRoute does not guarantee approval, a particular tier, benefit availability, or completion within a stated timeframe. Examples, estimates, and customer feedback describe individual experiences and are not promises of future results.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, review airline rules that apply to you, and use the service only for lawful purposes. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, government identification, payment-card details, or information you are not authorized to share. You remain responsible for decisions involving your airline account.

Third-party services and links

The website may link to airline sites, messaging platforms, or public feedback pages. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
