These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you use tierroute.com or TierRoute's consultation and advisory services. By using the website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.
Independent advisory service
TierRoute is an independent third-party service. We are not owned by, operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with United Airlines, Delta Air Lines, American Airlines, Turkish Airlines, or any other airline. Airline names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Scope of service
We provide personal guidance and practical help with potential airline status opportunities. Your initial review is free. Before any paid work begins, we will explain the scope, expected timing, fee, deliverables, and any separate airline costs. We will also explain the terms that apply if your upgrade does not go ahead. Written terms for your specific service take priority if they differ from these general Terms.
No guarantee of outcome
Airlines control their programs, eligibility rules, approvals, benefits, and timelines. TierRoute does not guarantee approval, a particular tier, benefit availability, or completion within a stated timeframe. Examples, estimates, and customer feedback describe individual experiences and are not promises of future results.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, review airline rules that apply to you, and use the service only for lawful purposes. Share only information needed for the agreed service and that you are authorized to provide. Keep government identification and payment-card details out of the initial review form. You remain responsible for decisions involving your airline account.
Third-party services and links
The website may link to airline sites, messaging platforms, or public feedback pages. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Intellectual property
TierRoute's website design, copy, and branding are owned by TierRoute or used with permission. You may use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes but may not reproduce or exploit it without permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” TierRoute disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for airline decisions, program changes, account actions, or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
