This Privacy Policy explains how TierRoute (“TierRoute,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit tierroute.com, request an airline status consultation, or contact us.
Information we collect
When you submit our request form, we collect your name, preferred reply method, contact details, target airline, and desired tier. If you contact us by email, WhatsApp, or Telegram, we also receive the information you choose to include in that conversation.
We do not ask for airline account passwords, government identification, or payment-card details through this website. Please do not send that information.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to your request, assess possible service options, communicate with you, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Service providers and third-party services
We use service providers to host the website and deliver form messages. Form submissions are sent through Resend to our business email and may be forwarded by our domain email provider. If you choose WhatsApp or Telegram, your communication is also subject to that provider's own privacy practices. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, TierRoute, or others.
Storage and retention
The website does not maintain a customer database. Copies of messages may remain with our email and communications providers and in our business inbox. We keep them only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Cookies and tracking
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and improve the site. We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand page interaction through aggregated heatmaps, session diagnostics, and performance insights. These providers may process information such as approximate location, device and browser details, pages viewed, and interaction events through cookies or similar technologies. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies. TierRoute does not use these tools to sell personal information or build advertising profiles. Browser “Do Not Track” signals do not currently change the website's behavior. Third-party websites reached through links may use their own technologies.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by emailing hello@tierroute.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain limited information when required by law or for legitimate recordkeeping.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
